Templates / Position (Panel Edit)
This function stores the x, y positions of all currently selected controls.
This function is used to record control positions so that other controls can be placed in the exact same positions.
Directions:
To record the position of controls:
| 1. | Choose Editor/Panel Edit to place the Editor in Panel Edit mode |
| 2. | Select the controls whose positions are required |
| 3. | Right click and choose Templates/Position from the pop-up context menu |
| 4. | The x, y position of each selected control in the editor is stored in order |
Key Equivalent:
Shift+Ctrl+X
note: key equivalents will only work when the editor view has focus. If the panel editor has been used then the focus has been shifted and key equivalents will not work. Click the mouse in the editor view to reset the focus and enable key equivalents.
