Graphic MIDI Monitor Window (Sound Checker)

MIDI activity is displayed in the window in real time to produce a graphic picture of the incoming MIDI stream.

This is a smart window that will size itself appropriately based on the width of the Midi Quest frame window. If the Midi Quest frame window is sized small, the window will open using the smallest version with a 3 octave (36 notes) MIDI keyboard. The largest version has 10 octaves (120 notes) and requires a large monitor.

The window also has an auto scroll feature to ensure that MIDI activity is displayed within the allocated area. If a note event is received that would not be displayed

Finally, the menu options allow you to disable the auto scroll feature and allow you to select from a selection of octave ranges appropriate to the current size of the keyboard.
