To select a single control, just click on it with the mouse To perform an extended selection, 1/ If there are any selected controls, click on a space in the editor where there are no controls to deselect them all. If you are attempting to select a number of controls which are currently located on top of a bitmap control, you may want to first select the bitmap control and lock it. This will allow you to click on the bitmap to start the selection process described above and the bitmap itself will not be selected To select additional controls once one or more controls have been selected (circled in green), 1/ Hold down the SHIFT key and click on each control. or 1/ Hold down the SHIFT key and use the instructions above to perform one or more additional extended selections.
Moving Controls with the Mouse Once one or more controls have been selected, hold down the CTRL key and left click the mouse on any one of the selected controls. Hold the button down and drag the controls to any position you wish. Release the mouse button to place the controls in their new location. There are also keyboard commands which can be used to move controls, these commands are listed on the following page.
Sizing Controls with the Mouse As you move the mouse over any control you will see that the cursor changes style as it moves over any of the edges. If you stop the moving the mouse while the cursor has changed, you can move that edge of the control to resize and move the control. Left click the mouse and resize the control to your liking. Clicking on the upper or left sides of the control with both resize and move the control relative to the other controls.
