Export SysEx Properties (Collection Window)
The option saves all of the Property information stored in a Collection to disk in tab delineated text format.
This information can then be loaded into text or spreadsheet application for storage or printing.
The file includes the following information: Name, Type of SysEx, SysEx Channel, MIDI OUT port, Date, size of SysEx, 4 Tags, Comments, Author, Song, Musician, Band. Long Name, and Copyright.
Directions:
To export a Collection's properties:
| 1. | From the menus choose Collection / Export SysEx / Properties... |
| 2. | Enter the location and name for the file |
| 3. | Press the OK button to create the file |
Note: even though this option is included in the Export SysEx sub-menu, the option only exports property information and does not export any SysEx.
